Description CCS Consulting undertook the Civil and Structural design for a new-build cryogenset power facility for Highview Power, in Bury, Lancashire. CCS fully coordinated the initial site investigations, and undertook all civils design, and bespoke framing requirements for the complex plant / pipework arrangements for the power plant.
