Lester is a director of CCS and has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Lester has worked for a number of organisations and consultancies, with varying levels of responsibility from director to project manager. As a Chartered Engineer, Lester has also managed multidisciplinary teams on a variety of medium to large scale projects.

Lee is a director of CCS and has over 12 years experience in the construction industry, Lee has worked for a number of Civil and Structural consultancies with varying levels of responsibility from associate in charge of office to project manager.
