Lester is a director of CCS and has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Lester has worked for a number of organisations and consultancies, with varying levels of responsibility from director to project manager. As a Chartered Engineer, Lester has also managed multidisciplinary teams on a variety of medium to large scale projects.

Lee is a director of CCS and has almost 20 years experience in the construction industry. Lee has worked for a number of Civil and Structural consultancies with varying levels of responsibility from Associate in charge of office to Project Manager. Lee is also extensively involved in work associated with Specialist / Bespoke, and Temporary / Demountable Structures in both Aluminium and Steel.

Also a Chartered Engineer, Lee has been involved with many prestigious medium to large scale projects.
